By accessing and using MOULDS.ai services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
MOULDS.ai provides AI assistant services for small businesses, including but not limited to lead management, review responses, and customer communication automation. We install and maintain AI assistants that handle routine business tasks.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information during setup and for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our AI assistant services. In the event of service interruptions, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible and may provide service credits as outlined in our SLA.
Limitation of Liability
MOULDS.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we will assist with data export as requested.
